PANORA|make allows for exporting presets of materials and masks.
Just click on the "Export" button on the Material or Mask tab. This window will pop up.
Just like the New Instance window, you'll have to type the path and name of your preset.
Once you're done, click Create and that's it, your preset is made !
By default its name starts with PMP to allow you to differentiate it from other material instances.
On the bottom of the Interface, you'll find a Import tab with 3 options (or just 1 if you're on the Mask/Grass tab.)
First option is for Megascans, Second one from a Master Surfaces Shaders, Third one form a preset.
Shader | What is imported |
---|---|
Megascans | Textures Color Tint Max Specular Luminosity-Saturation-Contrast Normal Strength |
Textures Color/Grayscale Adjustements Normal Strength, Reversed toggle Uniform Roughness/Metalness Values & Switch Max Specular Triplanar & Smoothness POM Settings UV Breaking & Settings Uniform Color | |
PANORA|make Preset | 1:1 Copy |
When clicked, the Material selector will appear. It will contain only materials of the type wanted
(so only Megascans, MSSs, or Presets.)
For the presets, the window shows you what is contained in the preset, and you can restore masks and materials depending on the Sub-Layer your are on (you can't restore a maks on a correction layer, or base layer.)
To select what to restore, check what you want below the search bar. Clicking on the folder icon brings you to the file in the content browser/drawer.
