1

If enabled, allows the use of regular Decals on the shader. Adds a tiny bit of complexity, disabled by default.

2

If enabled, allows the use of Opacity Mask to make holes in the Landscape. Should be enabled only if needed.

3

If enabled, enables the Virtual Texture Caching. See more at Landscape Caching. The VT Texture to apply needs to be the color VT associated with the Landscape, the wand button next to it automatically selects it from the Landscape but the option to choose it manually is still present if needed.

The Disp. Virtual Texture is used for the Nanite Tessellation VT (does not appear if Nanite Tessellation is unused or unavailable). The VT Mip Bias biasses the VT, the higher the value the lower the quality. Should be left at 0 if not sure.

4

Enables the use of Nanite Tessellation for displacement if it has been set up beforehand. See Adding Displacement to learn more.

5

This is the place where you can change the default textures used for the whole Instance. - Global Normal Map used for filtering masks if enabled - Global Noise map for all Noise-related functions (Breaking UV, noise masks & effects...)

- Water Normalmap (used for Water effect) - Sparkles map (used for Sparkles effect)
